Fees & Lab Testing
  • 60-90 Minute Comprehensive Mental Wellness Evaluation $395
  • 30 Minute Follow-Up $250
  • 15-20 Minute Strictly Medication Management Follow-Up $190
  • Lab Testing

    Lab testing will be discussed in session and may be recommended depending on your treatment goals.

  • Routine Labs

    While some of these labs may be covered by insurances, other may not be covered.

  • Specialized Functional Lab Testing $100

    Insurance may cover partially.

  • Functional Lab Review Fee $125
  • will be filled out only for established patients (admitted to the practice for a minimum of 3-6 months pending clinician discretion.
  • Emmanuel Integrative Psychiatry does not offer long-term disability certification. Short-term disability may be considered for established patients at clinician’s discretion.
  • Any form requiring evaluation and more than 10 minutes of the clinician’s time will be charged $100

Emmanuel Psychiatry & Wellness doesn’t accept any health insurance. We can provide bills which you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement if you have a PPO. For more information, we recommend asking your insurance about out of network benefits/reimbursement.

Notice in Accordance with the No Surprises Act (Effective January 1, 2022):
Pursuant to the requirements of the No Surprises Act, all patients are entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the anticipated costs of medical items and services. Upon request, a Good Faith Estimate will be provided within three (3) business days.
